We have lots to share this week, including a HUGE thank you to our 5th Grade families and community!
CLASS FUND UPDATE - Nearly $4,000 Raised for Our 5th Graders!
Our 5th Grade Chicken BBQ was an incredible success! Thanks to our students, families, volunteers, community partners, and everyone who purchased a meal, we raised nearly $4,000 for the 5th Grade Class Fund! Check out our Facebook Page @RidgwayPTO for more information and photos.
These funds stay with our 5th Grade class and can be used to help support activities, experiences, and other needs throughout their school year.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the BBQ happen and to our community for once again showing up for our students! ❤️

PTO Partners with RHS Alumni for Homecoming Weekend Tailgate Party
We had such a great time joining the RHS Alumni for their Homecoming Tailgate! ❤️🤍 It was so much fun seeing students, families, alumni, and community members come together for food, face painting, games, spirit signs, pom-poms, and lots of Elker pride before the game. A huge thank you to the Alumni for inviting PTO to be part of the fun and to everyone who helped out. We’re already looking forward to doing it again next year!

Join Us October 7 - PTO Meeting + Committee Time
Our next PTO Meeting is Tuesday, October 7 at 6:00 PM at FSG! We’ll spend the first 30 minutes giving our PTO committees time to meet, brainstorm, and start making plans, then come back together for our regular PTO meeting. If you’ve been thinking about joining Fundraising, Events & Marketing, Staff & Student Support, or Middle/High School, this is a great night to come! You don’t need to have experience or commit to everything - just bring your ideas and help us get our committees off to a great start this year.
Coin Wars Celebration - October 23
Coin Wars is underway, and we're looking forward to celebrating with the students on Friday, October 23!
PTO will be on site to help Mrs. Frank with the Coin Wars Celebration during the school day at FSG. We can't wait to see how this year's competition turns out!
The Circus is Coming Back to Ridgway!

Billy Martin's Cole All-Star Circus is coming back to Ridgway, and this year's show is SLINKO'S BIRTHDAY BASH! 🎉
Slinko is always a crowd favorite, and we can't wait to see how Billy Martin celebrates his special birthday!
Here's the really important part for PTO families:
Advance adult tickets are $15, and PTO receives 50% of all advance ticket sales! Tickets are $20 at the door, so purchasing ahead of time saves you money AND helps support PTO.
Even better, two children ages 12 and under are admitted FREE with each adult ticket!
That means one $15 advance adult ticket can get one adult + two children into the circus!
There are two shows, so pick the time that works best, bring your friends and family, and help us fill the gym for Slinko's Birthday Bash!
